Mrs. Julia Hall has served as HPBA’s Librarian and Elementary Discipleship teacher for 4 years. She holds a B.A. in Family and Child Development from Liberty University. Through storytelling, mentoring, and character-building lessons, Mrs. Hall helps young students grow in faith and love for reading.
