This form exists to protect and save lives. If you feel uncomfortable sharing with teachers face-to-face, submit this form. This form will be submitted to the school where we will take very serious care of the situation. This form allows our students to submit about a threat to themselves or others and to let us know before it is too late. It is easy and confidential. Do you feel like you want to harm yourself? Do you think or did you hear someone is going to harm themselves or others? Did you see something scary that concerns you online?
When you submit about yourself, please provide your name so that we can know who you are and know how to support you. When you submit about someone else, you can keep it anonymous. We, as High Point Baptist Academy, desire to support and to protect you. We want to make sure that you are protected and kept safe; we want you to know that God cares, we care, and we deeply care about your life.
